The Finnish developer Housemarque has provided the update 2.0 for the third-person action game Returnal (from 59.99 € for sale). This update implements the Cycle Cycle multi-desired cache function. Also included in the update is a photom mode.
Exposing the cycle function is not an ordinary memory function, but temporarily creates a single memory point so that the game can be terminated without the loss of progress in the passage. Then Return can be continued directly from the memory point next time - but will The set space is deleted after the resume of the game. The cache function can be used as often as desired, but not at any time. For example, it is not usable in battles, boss fighting, intermediate sequences, and sequences in the EGO perspective.
Another part of the update 2.0 is a photom mode. Returna offers many impressive scenes and exciting moments while selenes travel through Atropos, which can now be held with the photomodus. Outside of certain sequences, the photomodus can be activated at any time. To achieve the optimal snapshot, the camera can be moved using the analog sticks and the adaptive trigger. Further options such as the adaptation of focal length, exposure, saturation and contrast are possible, but also filters, effects and frames are available and give pictures a certain extra. Further details on the update 2.0 of Returnal offers the PlayStation.blog.
