The crossing between Fortnite and Street Fighter has solidified earlier this year when Chun-Li and Ryu have been added to the list of characters of the first. Now Capcom has just confirmed that Guile and Cammy will join them soon.
Gule will land in Fortite in all his flat glory and his green fatigue combat clothes, which have been highlighted for the first time in Street Fighter II. Delta Red Cammy will join him in his classic outfit. These two classic Street Fighter characters will be available in the Fortnite Store from August 7th at 8 pm ET.
Like the extras that Ryu and Chun-li obtained when they landed in the strong world, Cammy and Guile will also have theirs, in addition to their skins in the game. Guile has a Ko Back Bling, as well as a Variant Gluising Guile ready for the beach. Cammy, meanwhile, has its variant Tactical Cammy and Borealis Backer Back Bling.
Their equipment package will also include other equipment and weapons from the Street Fighter franchise. Examples of such features are the Knuckle Buster pickup, V-Trigger Vector Glider of Guile and Cammy Blade Delta Red Bowie. In addition, because of the timing of this new Crossover Fortnite-Street Fighter, this means that players can attend the next round of Fortian concerts Ariana Grande as Cammy or Guile.
Fortnite players also have the opportunity to get the full look of Cammy, including his Borealis Backer Back Bling, before others. By participating in the Cammy Cup scheduled for 5 August, two days before the official launch of the character in the Fortnite Store, the most efficient teams in each region can get the lot as a price. Those wishing to participate must have configured 2fa on their EPIC account and must currently have an EPIC account level of at least 30.
